Tara Hill Shelties is a small "hobby-kennel" in the Riverside, California area. We occasionally have puppies available. Each breeding is done with careful planning and hope that there will be a show prospect "keeper." Because we need to keep our numbers small, show puppies are occasionally available.
There are often some puppies which are beautiful babies but not quite what we want to keep for showing. They may be too big, too small, ears or expression not quite right, etc. These puppies are sold as companion (pet) puppies to people who are looking for a special "fur-friend". Our pet are all sold with written health guarantees, and with spay or neuter contract. They are NOT to be used for breeding.
We occasionally have adult dogs looking for permanent retirement homes. These may be retired show dogs or may be dogs that we have decided need to go to homes where they will be special pets.
